AMD Q3 2026 earnings results beat EPS and revenue expectations

AMD stock took a leap on the news of its latest earnings report.

Advanced Micro Devices, commonly known as AMD, is out with its latest round of earnings. The CPU and GPU manufacturer beat both revenue and EPS (earnings per share) expectations on the quarter as it continued to put a strong emphasis on AI.

AMD’s revenue for the quarter was $13.4 billion, according to the company’s earnings report. This beat the expectation of $13.12 billion. The company’s EPS was $2.09/share, beating the consensus estimate of $1.94/share and the $1.98/share whisper number.

AMD stock was up in after hours trading. It was valued as high as $528.80 after ending the day at $483.90.

“We delivered a record quarter with revenue exceeding the high end of our guidance as Data Center segment sales nearly doubled year-over-year,” said CEO Lisa Su. “Demand for our Instinct and EPYC products continued to strengthen, and we expect growth to accelerate further in the fourth quarter as we scale Helios and ‘Venice’ production. With our leadership product portfolio and deep customer and supply chain relationships, we are confident in our ability to sustain very strong revenue growth and expanding profitability over the coming years.”
